To all those who said e-books wouldn't have the same problem as music when it comes to piracy, I have three words for you: You Are Wrong.
It will be interesting to see how the publishing industry deals with the problem of e-book piracy - now that, with losses of "$2.75 to $3 billion", it's clear that it is both large and too rampant to be ignored. Hopefully, they'll learn something from the mistakes of the RIAA - and especially won't follow the RIAA in going after individual downloaders, which is tedious and expensive, as well as very bad for publicity. I don't know if there is a better method, but if there is anyone who can figure it out, it's the geniuses in the publishing industry. Sorry that was a bad joke. We're probably screwed...
